Yes! Use the "Contact" tab at the top of our site to submit any topics or skills that you would like to see added. Your request will be noted, and if the skill is approved a video will be made for it.
Video Subscription Cancelations: Log in to your account and click on Dashboard. From the dashboard, click on the option Billing, then scroll down, locate the Active Plan and click on Change Plan. Click Cancel Membership below your active plan. When the pop-up appears, click on Yes, I'm sure.
Custom Tutoring Cancelations: When meeting with your tutor let them know when you would like your last session to be and we will end your subscription with us at that time. You can also email firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us that you would like to cancel.
Cancelations need to be at least 24 hours in advance in order to not have a charge for that session. There will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of that missed session which was given no notice for, or less than 24 hours notice.
Custom tutoring payments are made weekly or monthly via direct charge of your card which is kept on file.
Group tutoring payments are made upfront in a single payment.
